LOGO USE AGREEMENT

DataPoint Internet (“DataPoint”) makes its logos available for a variety of purposes including as links to our web site. By downloading a logo, you agree: (i) to the following terms which DataPoint may change at any time and (ii) to not use or to discontinue use of such logo to the extent that you do not agree to such terms.

> Use of any logo made available here may be used solely as authorized by DataPoint.
> Alterations of any kind of any logo made available here are expressly prohibited.
> Disparagement of DataPoint in any manner involving use of any logo made available here is expressly prohibited.
> Use of any logo made available here must include reasonable spacing between each side of the logo and other graphic or textual elements.
> Use of any logo made available here must include a statement indicating that the logo is the intellectual property of DataPoint.

Please either “Accept” or “Decline” the terms of this Logo Use Agreement.
